Well attended fair in Belgium/ Bruxell is finished, rarely have I handed out so many brochures and seen so many people take pictures of my works and show them interest! Thank you to my sweet neighbor at the trade fair stand, who turned out to be the talented Martin Boldsen and his sweet wife from Denmark and, in general, my colleagues from other countries with whom I struck up a conversation!
The sales this year were not at all up to last year and in general no one sold anything special at all and it is VERY clear that Belgium is affected by inflation and a thin wallet... pretty disturbing! However, I am happy about the enormous interest in my art and look forward to having a "Christmas break" and celebrating that I have been named employee of the year in my one-person company
...attendance at the premiere last night in Fredericia art association! Thank you to the guests and the volunteers in the association, who made it a super nice but also very professional exhibition on all fronts and sides! I am deeply impressed and Fredericia's art association's professionalism!

Horsens fængslet Art fair
An absolutely terrific art fair, with a lot of visitors and good sales is not a matter of course in this day and age! But nothing less than the fact, after the end of the weekend! I am really grateful Thank you to customers, visitors and not least co-exhibitors/organisers!
(I was allowed to take this picture of a beautiful (unknown) lady who just fit perfectly with one of my works)
USA SUPERFINE ART FAIR
The last day at a fair, which was not at all what I expected! I ordered it last year, at Christmas time, when everyone was worried about corona and this was the only fair I could attend at this time/time of the year and be able to order it at the same time. I showed that it could be a challenge to come to an "underground" fair, based on the LGBT community (which only occurred to me after booking the fair) I don't really care about people's sexual orientation, but when it is said, it has left its mark on the fair. Good, because there is great diversity and an exciting audience, as well as participants. Too bad, because the purchasing power among the very young audience was not high! (I was at the expensive end at the fair) It should also be said that the taste in art (the bought) is not the same as in Europe.... Here you can clearly feel a big cultural difference! What in Europe is considered beautiful sophisticated art of high artisanal quality is not necessarily sold here (here I am not only thinking of myself, but a few of the other extremely talented artists from abroad who did not sell anything at all, even did I manage ok... but, not more than ok either ) ) (I'm speaking from my other experiences at fairs inland and Europe) What probably couldn't be sold at a fair, let alone brought, is sold like hot cakes! An experience I have now gained and eliminates some dreams of participating in fairs far away, in for example Japan and so on. (For the time being...) First of all, it's simply bad business at the moment, expenses will probably be higher than income, even with a good sale! (freight of the art itself is expensive and difficult and in addition there is the risk of being stopped at customs with your art and having to fill out papers and so on) In addition, taste in art is not universal!!!!!! which is an experience I have now gained Having said all this, this journey has been fantastic and fascinating!
I have become wiser about the world and its view of art in one of its outermost "corners"! And not least, I have become wiser about myself and my own art! I am full of new inspiration and appetite for and on my work as an artist, including the side of me that has to convey it! In that way, it has been worth all the money…., and, the thought is now inherent in me by such travel that if I could do this… well… then I can do anything…. (If I want to and there is sense in it!) Finally.... Stop it!! how grateful and humbled I am to be independent and had the opportunity to be able to go on such an art education journey (that's how I perceive it!) I'm really happy about that....and to you out there who like, share, comment, buy and support… without you, it wouldn't be possible… Thank you!!! (A special thank you must be given to Bent, who has helped more than you could expect and to my sweet wife, who is my best friend and advisor)
Behind a good exhibition/art association there are a lot of volunteers who use their free time and energy in the service of art...you are too cool!! Many thanks to all of you at the Vejle Art Association for a well-attended and well-organized vernissage today in the mill in Vejle

Where I have been allowed to exhibit?
(Tip… Have just shipped a good portion of Drip-paintings for this well-known iconic Christmas decoration in the famous building to Lars Møller Nielsen
26 > 28 November 2021
STATUS after trade fair; 10 sold Drip-paintings 2 orders, 150 handed out brochure and 100 handed out business cards, A gallery interested from Madrid, 3 artists contacts
Summary; From being somewhat skeptical when we left to have an ambition to sell at least 1 painting at an art fair that would take place in obscure premises (I had hardly received any info from the fair people and so on) I have had to pull in land and say; That I have never been to a trade fair that was more professionally arranged in relation to the environment, safety, advertising, sales and interest in my works. The Belgians seem very interested in art and took lots of pictures and seemed genuinely interested in just my paintings and the stand was more or less filled up during the periods when there were people (a lot of people had stayed home because of the corona… have heard that there probably appeared about 30 percent up, of what is normal)… ..so dare not think about how it could have been!
One thing is for sure… I will be in Belgium again next year and the fair! So what did I notice that was different? Yes… .. The Belgians are a little more sophisticated… .where we in Denmark have beer and water… .it is common to walk around with a glass of white wine or champagne and the women had come in stilettos and the men in suits. In short… .there is a little more glamor all over it! As for the artist and gallery owners, it was fun to see that most stayed in their booths and ignored clients and other artists unless asked for the price… which they had not written anywhere. So for those who dare to come out of the stall and show a little merchandising, there is something to pick up
The fair was lucky in the whole take to be allowed to keep open… .here today, they have in Belgium close down for this kind of events !!!!!

I have been so privileged and honored to help decorate the new meeting rooms at the WTC lawyers in Helsingør with some of my Drip paintings! And I must say that I am proud of the result :)

David Bjerre and Me
Spontaneous play and joy, focused energy, great respect for working methods ... to finally end up with a strange realization of creating something new together ... it was a great experience to meet colleague and master painter David Bjerre "live" for the first time, after a relatively long acquaintance via SoMe. Our joint exhibition this spring at Galleri Puls Art drowned in the coronavirus and the closure of Denmark. Gallery owner Henrik Elnegaard, Galleri Puls Art, looked right at this spring's exhibition in Frederiksberg. Our art and energy blend together in an exciting way. Here is the LIMITED EDITION of our physical co-creation event 😉
CPH Art space Docken 2020

19. Maj 2020
WOW !!! Then I sold the very large 2 x 2 meter Drip painting to the USA in Colorado… .BUT! hold up now… you can't buy yourself a transport box and send such a large painting off ... ... well you have to start the craft yourself ... with an impressive weight of 90 kg and wild measurements in depth and width .... an expensive pleasure to send so far away ... but, the buyer would have the painting and don't care about the price… .I Love USA !! 😊

Have just delivered a batch of paintings to a gallery, which will soon open up in Sjælland .... guess which? 😂
Now i have signed up for copenhagen art space, which is being held at easter this year. It will be a bit exciting as you exhibit on huge mega walls of 3.6 x 3.6 m, which in itself creates a sculptural expression in interaction with the room's minimalist and industrial architecture, modern ceiling paintings and the unique light.
Galleri Puls art
I have arrived in "stable" at Galleri Puls Art in Frederiksberg in Copenhagen and a few days after the delivery of my paintings, you could see this view. A modern, eco-conscious urban man at Frederiksberg, who looks happy for the acquisition of his new Drip-painting painting, carried his painting home on pure green
WOW !!! FANTASTIC!!! Artist of the Year / Work of the Year !! It became me !!!! in Tørring-Uldum Art Association's censored exhibition !! I feel honored and overwhelmed, especially being chosen among so many talented artists !!
